Projects including water features have been our specialty  over the last four generations of our construction experience. The largest water feature was a sixty four acre water course including lakes,lagoons and streams at the Bahia Beach Plantation in Puerto Rico. Several of our projects were golf course related including lakes waterfalls and cascading stream beds reflecting natures own look.

We have worked on or built numerous resort projects including RV resorts, and Hotel sites with all the amenities. We can take your project from a bare piece of ground through all aspects of design, approval and construction. we recently completed the construction of the Springs at Borrego a 375 unit RV park and nine hole golf course.

During the past 80 years, the Fredericks family has been involved in creating collectively over 200 golf courses and related resorts. More recently, Thomas Fredericks and Sons have built over 70 projects during the past 38 years.
